Dancer -Miriam Benoy /choreography- Cathy Kyle,/the dance piece is named “Refuge”.. it was performed at Ottawa Dance Directive Feb 2024 -musicians: Paul Fenton slide guitar/Stephen Malloy rhythm guitar Ken Kanwisher bass guitar, organ, drums./photos Gilles Vezina. I’m thrilled to have such a beautiful dance artist as Miriam Benoy performing with my guitar! I would like to mention that I used my Fender Esquire guitar in open E minor tuning for the slide guitar.
David Gilmour showed me the tuning when I met him with Pink Floyd in 1986. The tuning is fantastic for slide guitar and really opened some doors to me!
